The MedBioinformatics has been a Horizon 2020 research project (May 2015 - April 2018, Grant number 634143) aimed to develop useful bioinformatics tools and applications that are autonomously usable for analysing the huge amount of data and knowledge generated in healthcare and biomedical research in order to facilitate translational research and precision medicine. The applications that have been developed in the MedBioinformatics project focused on two key medical specialties, oncology and neuropsychiatry, which have a big impact on the health and welfare of the population.
